Where I can find my purchases?
All purchases and their download links can be found within your “My Account” area under “My Purchases”. Simply click on the Download link.
How do I extract the products from a ZIP file?

Can I download my purchases on multiple machines?
Yes, there is no limit to the amount of machines you can download your purchases on. However, they are registered to the purchaser only. This strictly forbids anyone else from using them, irrelevant of who’s machine it is.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via PayPal or via a range of credit or debit cards.
Why am I being charged VAT?
Craft Bundles are based and registered within the European Union, meaning we must legally charge VAT to any relevant purchaser also based within the EU. The percentage charge is based at your local VAT rate. Purchasers within the EU (excluding the UK) may avoid these charges by providing a valid VAT number at the point of purchase.

Purchasers based outside the EU are exempt from such charges.
